Backorder Status: Products marked as “Available on back order” are not currently in stock, but we can still process your order and ship the product to you as soon as it becomes available.
Lead Time: The estimated lead time for back-ordered items will be communicated after your order is placed. This is an estimate and may change based on supplier availability, shipment delays, or other factors.
Notification of Shipment: Once the back-ordered item is in stock and ready for dispatch, you will receive an email notification with shipping details.
Order Cancellation: Cancellation of backordered items is not applicable once the order is placed.
Payment Processing: Payment will be processed and charged at the time of order placement.
Partial Orders: If you have multiple items in your order and some are on back order, we may ship the available items separately.
Stock Availability: If a back-ordered product becomes permanently unavailable, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
Order Fulfillment: If your order contains both in-stock and back-ordered items, the order will only be shipped when the back-ordered item arrives. If you’d like the in-stock items to be sent first, please place a separate order for the back-ordered items.
