We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange for a change of mind if this time frame has lapsed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with the original receipt. Please contact us before sending your purchase back to us so that we can provide you with a tracking number. The returned item might incur expenses at the buyer’s expense.
Please note that items returned after 14 days of purchase or those that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted.
Sale Items –
Only full-priced items are eligible for exchange. Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be returned, so please choose your items carefully.
Faulty Items/Damaged Goods –
We take responsibility for replacing faulty or damaged items. We strive to replace the item with the exact same one. However, if that is not possible, we will issue a refund. If you need to speak with us regarding an exchange of a faulty item, please email us at [email protected], and we will guide you through the next steps.
The shipping cost for returning the item is your responsibility, and it is non-refundable.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
